If you would like to receive a list of the individual scent CLPs for each month’s box, before it is dispatched, just let me know, I can send this out without revealing the scent names, to keep the contents a surprise.

Currently subscription boxes can only be purchased using a debit or credit card.

When are Monthly Melts Boxes Dispatched?

Subscription boxes are dispatched at the beginning of each month. You will be sent an email to let you know when your box has been dispatched each month. Shipping times may vary based on your location. If your box does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact hello@milestonemelts.co.uk for assistance.

When is the cut off to receive my first box?

The cut-off date to receive your first subscription box at the beginning of the following month is the 20th. Example: If you subscribe on 20th March, your first box will be the April box, dispatched on or around 1st April. If you subscribe on 21st March, your first box will be the May box, dispatched on or around 1st May, and so on.

If you subscribe after the cut-off date of the 20th, I completely understand that it’s a longer wait and that you’ll be billed again before receiving your first box. To make up for this, I offer a discount on your first box. The cut-off is in place so I can plan how many boxes to make, as all of my melts are created by hand, personally, by myself, in small batches. 

Not quite ready to subscribe? No problem at all – you could always place a one-off order to try out my melts before deciding on a subscription. It’s the perfect way to explore and see what you think.

How do I cancel or pause?

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time, but you must do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. To cancel or pause your subscription, log into your account or contact me at hello@milestonemelts.co.uk

When will I be charged?

Your subscription will renew automatically each month on the date you originally subscribed.

Some discount codes may not be valid for this item. Prices may occasionally be adjusted to reflect changes in postage fees and other associated costs. You will always be notified of any price changes before being charged.
