How does open box work?
With my Open Box service, you can place orders without having them shipped straight away – perfect for snapping up items that might sell out quickly or are limited edition. You won’t need to pay for postage until you’re ready to receive everything.
At checkout, simply select ‘Open Box’ for your first and future Open Box orders. When you’re ready for dispatch, add any item to your basket, select a postage option at checkout, and I’ll send out everything in your box.
Please make sure to use the same name and address each time so I can link your orders together. Open boxes will not be sent until a postage option has been selected and paid for.
What are your processing and delivery timescales?
I typically process and dispatch in-stock items within 3 working days. For bespoke, personalised, and back-ordered items, I usually dispatch within 5 working days.
I use Royal Mail Second Class for standard delivery. For large personalised orders, I will often use a tracked or signed-for service. Please note once I dispatch your order, the courier manages the delivery, and I no longer have control over it.
What type of warmer should I use?
You can use my wax melts with both electric and tealight warmers. Simply remove the melts from their packaging, place one or two pieces into your warmer, light an unscented tealight, or turn on your electric warmer, and enjoy the fragrance. I also offer soy unscented tealight candles, which perfectly complement my melts. When using a tealight warmer, extinguish the tealight after no more than 4 hours, and for safety, use a snuffer.
How long will each wax melt last?
You can remelt wax melts as long as you can still detect the fragrance. After the warmer cools, the wax will solidify and can be remelted when you want to enjoy it again. Each wax melt piece provides up to 12 hours of continuous fragrance.
How do I remove the wax from my warmer?
You can use several methods to remove used wax from warmers. Some of the most effective methods include:
- Absorbing the liquefied wax with cotton pads or balls, then safely disposing of them.
- Letting the solid wax soften slightly, making it easy to slide out of the dish in one piece.
After removing the wax, wipe the dish thoroughly to ensure it’s clean for the next use. Please be careful when handling hot melting dishes. I also offer reusable wax melt liners that provide a hassle-free, mess-free cleanup experience.
How should wax melts be stored?
Store wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children and pets.
Are you insured and CLP compliant?
Is your packaging recyclable?
I prioritise sustainability by using recycled and recyclable packaging whenever possible. This includes recyclable plastic clamshells, recyclable plastic tealight cups, and cardboard packaging. I continuously strive to improve the sustainability of my products and packaging.
What ingredients do you use?
I use soy nature wax for my tealight candles, ensuring a clean and eco-friendly burn. For my melts, I carefully chose a soy-paraffin blend to provide optimal hot and cold scent throw and a smooth, high-quality finish. The glitter in my products is biodegradable and sourced from cosmetic or craft-grade materials.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
None of the materials used are tested on animals. Most products are vegan; some glitters used contain shellac, which is not considered vegan; I am phasing this out; products that are not vegan will state this on the product page.
