Currently subscription boxes can only be purchased using a debit or credit card.
When are Monthly Melts Boxes Dispatched?
Subscription boxes are dispatched at the beginning of each month. You will be sent an email to let you know when your box has been dispatched each month. Shipping times may vary based on your location. If your box does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact hello@milestonemelts.co.uk for assistance.
When is the cut off to receive my first box?
The cut-off date to receive your first subscription box at the beginning of the following month is the 15th. Example: If you subscribe on 14th March, your first box will be the April box, dispatched on or around 1st April. If you subscribe on 16th March, your first box will be the May box, dispatched on or around 1st May, and so on.
How do I cancel?
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. To cancel or modify your subscription, log into your account or contact me at hello@milestonemelts.co.uk
When will I be charged?
Your subscription will renew automatically each month on the date you originally subscribed.
