Subscriptions
Last Updated: 25.5.2025
By subscribing to the Milestone Melts Subscription Box, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
Subscription & Billing
- Currently subscription boxes can only be purchased using a debit or credit card.
- By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
- Payments are processed securely and must be completed before your subscription box is dispatched.
- Prices may occasionally be updated to reflect changes in postage fees and other costs. However, once you sign up, your price will remain the same and become your recurring rate. As a result, customers may pay slightly different amounts depending on when they subscribed.
Shipping & Delivery
- Subscription boxes are dispatched at the beginning of each month. Shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen delivery method.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Milestone Melts is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If your box does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@milestonemelts.co.uk for assistance.
Cancellations & Modifications
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
- To cancel your subscription, log into your account and select cancel or contact hello@milestonemelts.co.uk
- Refunds are not provided for prepaid subscription plans; however, you may choose not to renew at the end of your term.
The cut-off date to receive your first subscription box at the beginning of the following month is the 20th. Example: If you subscribe on 20th March, your first box will be the April box, dispatched on or around 1st April. If you subscribe on 21st March, your first box will be the May box, dispatched on or around 1st May, and so on.
Your subscription will renew automatically each month on the date you originally subscribed.
Please note – You are signing up to a monthly subscription where you agree to receive a box of wax melt wonders each month. By purchasing the subscription box, you agree to a monthly payment, which will be debited from your account unless you choose to cancel. Cancellations must be made before your recurring payment date.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
- Credit and debit card
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Reservation Option
Our reservation option is available at the owner’s discretion and works as follows:
If you’d like to reserve items for payment at a later date, please send us a message with a complete list of the items you wish to reserve and your expected payment date (this must be within 30 days of the order date). We will email you an invoice with the agreed payment date.
Items will be reserved in the order requests are received. However, we cannot guarantee that the requested items will still be available when your reservation is processed. If items are no longer available we will contact you to let you know.
You can add items to your reservation anytime before the payment date, and we will send revised invoices as needed. By using the reservation option you agree to purchase items at the listed price at the time your order is placed. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal, and once payment is received, your order will be dispatched.
Orders will be held for up to 7 days from the agreed payment date. If payment hasn’t been made within this time, the order will be cancelled, and the items will be returned to stock. We will send you a reminder email before this happens.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Standard delivery by post, the provider most likely to be used is Royal Mail, but other providers may be used from time to time.
- For orders that qualify for free delivery (typically for purchases exceeding a specified amount), we will use Royal Mail Second Class as the default delivery service. However, if the order is considered large and/or includes personalised items like wedding favours, it will usually be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Signed For or a comparable service.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase unless the order qualifies for free delivery.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
International Shipping Policy
Our Standard International Shipping applies to parcels weighing less than 2kg. If your order exceeds this weight, an additional shipping fee will apply, based on your location.
If your order exceeds 2kg, we will contact you directly with the additional shipping cost and instructions on how to make payment. Payment must be made within the specified time frame to proceed with your order. If the additional shipping fee is not paid, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order and issue a refund.
We value your understanding and aim to make this process as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about international shipping, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
