Please follow these important safety guidelines when using a wax burner:

Remove all packaging materials before placing wax in your burner.
Follow the safety instructions provided on the packaging carefully.
Use an appropriate amount of wax for the size of your burner, ensuring not to overfill it; if your wax melt is too large for your burner cut it up using an appropriate tool such as a Wax Melt Cutter.
If your burner has a decorative lid ensure this is removed during use.
Inspect your burner before each use, ensuring there are no hairline cracks or chips, as these can pose a fire risk. Never use a damaged burner.
Place your burner away from draughts to avoid any fire hazards.
Ensure your burner is placed on a stable, heatproof surface, away from anything flammable.
Use only one regular-sized, 4 hour, unscented tealight in your burner.
Ensure you trim candle wicks to 0.5cm before lighting.
Do not use extra tall or scented tealights in your burner and do not burn tealights for more than 4 hours.
Do not add water to the dish with the wax melts.
Keep the burner out of reach of children and pets at all times.
Always keep your burner within sight while in use and never leave a lit tealight unattended.
Never attempt to move the burner while it is in use.
